Study for the Evaluation of Shared Services of Territorial Base, developed in collaboration with Quaternaire Portugal, aims to identify, characterize the already shared services and/or integrated, identify development opportunities and increase sharing and integration to new areas, always with the important caveat to respect the autonomy of decision of the municipal authorities, that is the common desire to improve the levels of efficiency, effectiveness and quality of service.
Among the priority areas identified for the integration and sharing of intercity services are:
(i) Mobility and transport;
(ii) Management of resources and mobile equipment;
(iii) Road management.
