CIMAL
The plan affects municipalities of Alcácer do Sal, Grândola, Santiago do Cacém, Sines and Odemira. The plan aims to provide the intermunicipal community with a strategic document for intervention in transport and mobility system.
The plan is to be elaborated in three phases, in particular:
Phase 1 – Characterization and thematic analysis (accessibilty, private transport, public transport, taxi service, school transport, parking and non-motorized means of transport)
Phase 2 – Elaboration of possible scenarios and strategy refinement
Phase 3 – Action plan, intervention and investment programme, financial funds, governance model and monitorisation
